I had an issue with an outlet melting and called another electrician who didn't pick up or call me back after a couple of days. It was not ideal but totally worked out because my next call was to Thee Electrician and Jeffery picked up immediately. He had availability to diagnose and fix the issue in the next couple of days and coordinated with us to do so at our convenience. Jeffery was professional and efficient, and we were very pleased with what he charged. We appreciated him replacing the old outlet a higher capacity one so this issue does not arise again. Needed a level 2 charger installed that I purchased several years ago. Received multiple quotes, all of which were minimally to moderately higher in price with the same or similar addition of a sub panel or Black Box installed as well. He did the install over two days (really only took 4-5 hours to install. Did a great job, install was clean and as professional as he could make it despite the challenging location where I wanted the charger installed. Overall a good experience and recommend Jeffery to anyone looking for an electrician to install an EV charger.
