After we decided to proceed based on his recommendation, he sourced the necessary parts with remarkable speed. He even assured us that—regardless of the time—he would come to complete the repair as soon as the parts arrived, and he honored that commitment. The entire repair process, from initial diagnosis and parts procurement to full restoration of the freezer, was completed in approximately one and a half days, which was truly impressive
If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. We contacted this company to repair our dryer, and the technician charged us $422 without properly fixing the issue. There was no clear explanation of the work performed, and the dryer continued shaking the very next day. Even more concerning, the technician insisted on being paid before the repair was complete. After my sister paid and showed proof of the transaction, he falsely claimed the payment did not go through and attempted to pressure her into paying another $422. We contacted the company again, and a different technician came out and confirmed that the original repair had not addressed the actual problem. This confirmed that we were charged for work that was not properly completed. To their credit, the company ultimately issued a full refund and corrected the issue. However, this experience was unacceptable and extremely concerning. Customers should not have to deal with incomplete repairs, unclear charges, or pressure to make duplicate payments. I strongly recommend verifying all work performed and being cautious. If you do use this company, ask for Valentine, who was professional, honest, and resolved the issue properly.
The service call was scheduled next day as I requested. The technician came even earlier than scheduled, immediately diagnosed the problem and explained how I can fix it myself, if I wanted to save in repair charges. I gratefully took the offer. All in all, a very satisfying experience with this company, will use them again.
Service was awesome. Problems are explained well, and solutions are carried out swiftly and with very decent prices. Super reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to anyone!!!
Our refrig starting to make a terrible noise on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. I call US Pro Repair and explained the problem. They asked for a photo and details so they could repair it right on the spot. They were at our house within the hour and by 9pm it was fixed. They were polite, efficient and helpful. We would highly recommend them!
