I needed a few small electrical things done at my home. I contacted Adam from Walsh Electric. He was very quick to contact me. I wanted to install a new lighting fixture and add new electrical outlets to new locations in my living room and bedroom. We set up a price and time. Adam and his worker Jose showed up on time and were able to finish the project in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely use Walsh Electric for any other electrical needs.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The project was treated more like a side job than a professional service. They consistently showed up only after their normal “workday” was over, which caused major delays and poor communication throughout the process. The completion timeline was extended multiple times with little accountability, and what was originally promised was never delivered on schedule. To make matters worse, after providing an estimate, they later claimed they had “made a mistake” and doubled the cost for the exact same installation. To top it off, once the work was finally completed, they left behind their ladder and materials at our property and didn’t bother picking them up for another two days. It showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Overall, the lack of reliability, communication, and transparency made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service. EDIT: While we understand the importance of timely payment, the repeated requests for payment prior to providing payment instructions felt unprofessional and created unnecessary tension throughout the process.
Adam and his team were excellent from end to end of my projects. They stayed communicating, addressed any issues that arose and finished the job on time. I’ve recommended them to anyone looking for electrical services in the Bay.
10/10 highly recommend Walsh Electric! Adam and Gavin are awesome! Very professional and responded in a timely manner. Installed a new light fixture in our house. I really appreciated that Adam took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Looking forward to working with him again.
Had an emergency late night in down town SF and found Walsh Electric on google. Adam replied quickly and gave me a good estimate. I ran it by my GC and the rates were fair for the work (1 panel and 1 disconnect). Job took 2 days and my tenants are happy. There was a small change order for another 10% on top of original estimate but it seemed reasonable considering the scope of work and duration.
