Wells Electrical installed a 240 V EV charger at our home in San Francisco in early April. Our project manager was Kirk Fetzer, who was helpful, professional and very easy to contact and communicate with. The installation was done quickly and professionally and passed city inspection without any issues. We did run into a problem about six weeks later with the charger randomly tripping the mains breakers. Kirk diagnosed the likely problem - worn breakers - on the phone, and Wells replaced the clearly worn breaker within an hour of the phone call! The charger has been working without any issues since then. We would highly recommend Wells, and especially Kirk, for specialty electrical work like the one we had experience with.
Hired Wells for many complex electrical jobs and they’ve always done an amazing job and been super professional. Most recently, they installed a level 2 EV charger in our garage, including handling the permit inspection, which has been so convenient in charging our new EV at home
