Jose and his crew rebuilt both the front and rear decks of our house and did a great job on both. He quoted a very competitive price, consulted about materials, and kept us up to speed on any changes needed as the job progressed. He and his crew were always prompt and professional, and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.
Jose and Casa Imperio provided EXCELLENT work, on time, went the extra mile, always communicated, stayed true to the cost estimate; he was friendly, hard-working, creative, a great problem-solver, and constantly made sure I was pleased with his product. He built a new back porch and stairs for me, which involved tear-down of a very old stucco/wood structure, closing up the opening under the stairs, with new stucco and repainting, then staining the beautiful new redwood stairs. They are a wonderful addition to my home, far safer, and I was delighted to work with him. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Jose and his team did a fantastic job! I cannot praise them enough. Not only was their work excellent, but Jose is excellent in his communications with us at every step of the way. He would always give us options which most builders don't always do. He is very detail oriented, extremely personable, very honest, very hardworking, flexible if confronted with changing requests and needs, and has a very positive personality with a "can do" attitude. We had an old deck that was well past its prime and finally decided to tear it out and start fresh. Jose handled everything — full demo of the original structure and a complete rebuild from the ground up. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. What impressed me most was how clean and organized the whole process was. He kept us informed, respected our home, and the quality of the craftsmanship is something we hear compliments on constantly.
