Our management firm desperately needed repair help on a Sunday for an inspection on Monday. I called Dave on Sunday, I told him the fixes that were needed for repairs, I knew it was Football Sunday but this guy went to work and got it done. He did extra work with ease and the bill was awesome. I found my new maintenance batman. Dave is reliable.
As a man I would like to do things myself but I needed help mounting my tv..
