We had an excellent experience with Dr. Handyman from start to finish. The communication was clear, the estimate was honest, and the work was done right the first time. They repaired dry rot that we didn’t even realize was spreading and took the time to explain everything along the way. The crew was professional, on time, and respectful of our home. Used Dr Handyman for some issues. The 1st person they sent did a fairly lackluster repair on several different things. However, the company reached out and offered to fix the things which were not fixed the 1st time - and sent someone else - the repairs are now complete and I appreciate the response & customer service. Highly recommend

Installation of my stove was fine. However, installer drover out of town to buy a part that could have well been purchased in town. When you're paying $80 an hour adding an extra hour or two adds up!

Called based on a recommendation from a friend. The work was done quickly and professionally. Price was very reasonable. (Job was to change out two commercial grade door closers, which required drilling new holes in steel doors. Great job done in two hours.)

Hired this company to replace a small leaking window in my home. This company charged me DOUBLE the amount they estimated it would cost and NEVER MENTIONED IT until the work was done. Now they are harassing me to pay them a remaining balance which they fabricated along with the rest of the cost for the job. And the work they did has already started to leak again not even 6 months after. Do not hire these people.
