Norm did an awesome job with the three tasks I needed help with around my house. He tightened a loose wooden cabinet door above the sink, reinstalled a fallen window blind, and installed a security camera on the wall by our front door. He completed all three tasks within an hour, and the final price was exactly what he quoted beforehand. He was patient, kind, and took the time to discuss every detail with me to make sure everything was done the way I wanted. I’m so glad I found him, and I’ll definitely be working with him again in the future since he offers so many home repair services that I’ll likely need. He also gave me a card where, after five visits, you receive a discount on your next service, which is a great bonus if you have multiple home projects over time. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman for those household tasks that are difficult to tackle on your own.
Norm is a gem and a miracle. My sister needed a specially constructed handrail, requiring serious out-of-the-box thinking and design. Norm made it happen. He's thoughtful, kind, fun, and truly talented. It was a pleasure dealing with him from start to finish. Long and short, my sister would have had to move. By allowing her to get OUT of her home safely, Norm made it possible for her to stay IN her home!
