It seems like everyone is looking for a handyman -- Joe Baldwin is an excellent choice. Communication with Joe was clear and personable. He easily adjusted some French Doors and showed us how to do it ourselves if it happened again. Joe was also honest about a stuck shower cartridge that he wasn't comfortable servicing, and referred us to an experienced plumber who was also quick to help us. We will undoubtedly reach out to Joe as more home maintenance issues arise.
Our shower faucet cartridge was worn out and wouldn’t shut off the water anymore. We contacted Joe and sent him a few pictures—he immediately knew exactly what needed to be replaced. He quickly went out to get the parts and arrived at our place within an hour. Once he arrived, he shut off the main valve, carefully removed the old deteriorated parts, and replaced them with new ones. Joe is very experienced with plumbing and was able to install everything and get it back to working condition in no time. Great job, Joe! Highly recommend.
Highly recommend Joe! He was responsive, friendly, respectful, and clearly very skilled. He completed several small projects around my house efficiently, did more than expected, cleaned everything up, and honored the original price he quoted. As we talked through a few other things around the house, I realized Joe could also help with more involved projects, including lighting, electrical work, and other home improvements. I’ll definitely be asking him for more help soon!
I had a great experience with Handyman Made Simple and owner Joe Baldwin. His communication during scheduling was top notch, he showed up right on time, and truly exceeded our expectations. He did an excellent job removing the old caulking and recaulking our shower—it looks like new again. He also fixed a leaky valve under the sink quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done, which we really appreciated. His pricing was very competitive, and he was super friendly and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I hired Joe to do some plumbing/toilet seat repairs, large picture hangings, reverse osmosis filter installation , and light bulb replacements throughout my home. I had most stuff needed for the repairs, and when I did not Joe ran out to picked up what was needed. The work estimates were very clear, detailed and easy to understand. He was on time, work efficiently and was very clean. I liked that he answered all my questions regarding the repairs and also made suggestions on other items I had questions about. I will definitely be calling him again.
