Honey Homes and their handymen have been amazing. We worked with Aaron for our unit in San Francisco, and he has been exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He handled several projects for us, including carefully fixing a slab on our deck that supports the hot tub, repairing lighting, and helping us disassemble a large TV console. He came fully prepared for the tasks we had shared in advance, but also didn’t hesitate to help with additional items that came up during the visit. We were really impressed by his work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to help. Honey Homes has also been excellent with communication, and their customer support team has made the whole experience smooth and easy. I never thought I would say this about home maintenance, but we actually look forward to having Honey Homes come by to take care of all the small, annoying things that are hard to get done otherwise. It is such a relief compared with trying to find reliable providers on our own. I cannot recommend Honey Homes highly enough.
Really impressed with Honey Homes so far. Michael was professional, friendly, efficient, and did great work. The entire experience felt thoughtful and well organized, and it’s such a relief having a trusted resource to help tackle the endless list of home projects that pile up. The concept behind the service is fantastic, especially for busy homeowners, and the customer experience has been warm and responsive from the start. I highly recommend Honey Homes! The app was incredibly easy to use, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Mark was the handyman who came out, and he was efficient, professional, and very helpful. He took care of everything I needed, and made the experience stress free. I am so happy I found this service and will definitely be using them again.
I am so obsessed with Honey Homes that I made our handymen pose for a photo 😂😂 The team is so kind and proactive. We won some visits in an auction, and I love them so much that I am signing up for a membership! They get so much done every visit and are really resourceful and creative problem solvers. My husband and I have two small children and there is just no chance we are getting to any of this stuff during this season of life, so Honey Homes and Rafael are a godsend!
Took advantage of a special offer to sign up for Honey Homes during a promotion, which included an additional visit for free. Had an initial walkthrough with Patrick, who was very thorough in helping me identify some areas of my home that needed some further attention (due to a rushed job on a prior installation by a long-ago contractor), and then was assigned Michael as my dedicated handyman. Michael used to be a general contractor so he has a lot of knowledge and has worked with many older homes like ours (built in 1895), which is a huge plus. During our first visit, Michael could sense that I wanted to be involved in the process of where / how to hang a new cat perch in my home, so he kindly obliged by involving me along the way. Michael was quick and efficient about his work, and very tidy too, with his own portable shop vacuum. I also appreciated Michael’s transparency - he was up front with me about a couple of tasks that he would reassign to another colleague, including a wallpapering task. Also, our dryer vent had never been cleaned and was certainly a fire hazard before Michael’s visit! He even repaired our poorly secured dryer vent, so I am no longer dealing with errant fluff all over my house. Looking forward to tackling the rest of my to-do list with Honey Homes!
