We finally found our people. If I had an endless budget I would honestly just hire them for everything around the house, forever. It started with a walkthrough to look at a few things, and one of the main projects was building a partition wall in our room. I talked to probably 10 contractors before this and so many of them were giving me the half-ass version of how they'd do it. But the way he explained his approach was exactly right, and I had already done enough research to know the difference. That alone told me everything I needed to know. The work ethic, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail. It looks like it came with the house, which is exactly what I wanted. They nailed the build and got the color to match perfectly. I could have left the house and trusted them completely. He also just genuinely knows his stuff. Like when I asked about weatherstripping, he didn't just say yes and do it. He explained that if your door alignment is off, the weatherstrip isn't going to fix the gap anyway, so let's address the actual problem. That kind of honesty and thoroughness is rare. Part of me is reluctant to even write this because he already has great reviews and I selfishly don't want to lose access to him. But he's an excellent human being and just a truly great person to work with. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with Anar's repair of our front door. It would not even latch unless we slammed it. Anar came out the same day we called him. He fixed the latching issue, which was oddly caused by a damaged metal piece at the top of the door. He also improved our deadbolt mechanism for us, and fixed the top of the door so it would not scrape against the frame. It feels so nice now when we open and close the door. Anar is highly skilled, his communication is excellent, he listens and he treated us with respect. His pricing is very fair and competitive. We procrastinated a bit because it seemed overwhelming getting bids, comparing options etc. From initial call to finish, it was super easy with Anar. We recommend him highly and will undoubtedly be calling him again as our home repair needs occur. Happy holidays all.
Great service and very courteous. Hired to replace shower faucet, paint vents on the rooftop, paint a bedroom and power wash the back yard. I was surprised when he said he could take care of all of that in the same day. He also completed lot of other small jobs like changing a screen and changing two door locks without charging me for his labor; just the price of parts he purchased. He's an honest person and his charges are very reasonable. He is courteous, works hard and efficiently, and cleans up after the work is done. He goes above and beyond to help with some minor fixes.
