A1 just completed the first of two installs needed for our home remodel. Top notch experience from beginning to end. Utmost professional team. Fast, efficient and so tidy! It's challenging today to find a company you can trust. So thankful for the great experience and cannot wait for part 2 of this project.
Called Brad on Monday morning and he was able to send out Juan by the end of the day. Juan was super friendly. He inspected the unit and clearly explained what needed to be done. He sent me the estimate for repairs within the hour and scheduled the repair just a few days later. This is the third time that I have used their service on two of my homes. They are 100% trustworthy and do great work.
A1 heating and cooling was able to send someone the same day. The HVAC tech ,Porter, was professional and knew whar he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. Luckily for me, the fix was relatively easy, a capacitor replacement, and he had the part in his van. I paid 500 for diagnostic and cap replacement. I don't know if that is reasonable or expensive because I have no clue but I paid it because I wanted the problem fixed right away. The only criticism I have is he did not call 30 min before arriving like I asked the receptionist. Not sure what happened but good thing I was still at home.
Technician Porter came to a service call that I had requested. He diagnosed and resolved my air conditioning issue within minutes. A very professional and polite young man. If I ever have heating or cooling issues in the future. He would definitely be the Technician that I would request personally.
