Alex came out for the initial diagnostic and again to install a new control panel on our Thermador hood. After years of grease buildup the buttons didn’t work consistently and it would randomly beep repeatedly. He texted with a 25 minute ETA and arrived at the beginning part of the service window. Took him less than 30 mins to swap out the panel and he even made a quick small fix on our dishwasher at no additional charge. I will call them again if our appliances have any issues and recommend you do as well.
We love AAA! These guys are often available last-minute, are really kind, and really know their stuff. Most recently Oleg fixed our gas oven/stove in one easy visit. In the past, they've repaired our fridge and gave us the honest, helpful advice to replace an ancient washer-dryer that was simply too old to fix. We call them first, and you should too.
I had a wonderful experience. They were quick but thorough and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with appliance repair. Could not recommend enough. If you want the work done quickly and done right, look no further.
Oleg and AAA Appliance Repair were awesome! Communication was awesome before, during, and after the appointment. We needed a minor repair done on our microwave, but were having trouble figuring out which parts we needed to order and replace. Oleg came in and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem, showed us exactly what happened, and even showed us how easy the fix was if we wanted to handle the last bit on our own and save a bit of money. We were super impressed with his knowledge, communication, and kindness. Will undoubtedly be calling him them again in the future when our next appliance breaks down.
I was very impressed with AAA Appliance Repair. They returned my call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day to service our Thermador Range. Alex was professional and efficient. He quickly identified the issue and completed the repair. He also offered us tips to keep both our range and our dishwasher working well. Highly recommend.
