For both projects, including installing a new heat pump and replacing old ducting, I found their team to be extremely competent, reasonable on pricing, and friendly. Associated Heating installed our complete HVAC system in November 2020. Shortly after installation in 2021, we had an issue with a condensation leak; Rod and his team responded immediately to remedy the problem, and the system has worked flawlessly since then. Fast forward to today, our high-efficiency Bryant furnace locked out over a cold weekend. I spoke with Andrea, and she followed up quickly with a favorable schedule. Rod is coming out tomorrow to investigate the lockout/safety trip issue, and I’m looking forward to getting this matter resolved for good so we can have reliable heat in time for our NYE guests. Professional and prompt service after the initial sale are so important, and I truly appreciate Associated Heating’s responsiveness and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended!
