So we decided before summer of 2020 rolls around we'd have seen air conditioning unit installed. Well it was a no brainer for us to reach out to ABC once again, since they had done such a great drop undertaking a heater in our rental property. Once again they came through and delivered great, professional service! They were on time, respectful of our home and patient while explaining how to use the unit. Working with ABC has been a pleasure. We installed our heating system approximately 8 years ago and have never been disappointed with the excellent, responsive and pleasant service we have received. Sal was knowledgeable and patient and very professional. Pierre also came out to replace the motor and took the time to specifically show me exactly what and why the repair was necessary. Jeff was my initial contact and it was his knowledge and non-pushy attitude that made changing our heating system easy...quality company.
Justin was great! Very professional and took his time to explain what was going on with my AC unit and my options. Not the best because I’m going to need a new unit, but he was honest and set me up for an appointment the next day for a free estimate. He also gave me info about their regular heat and AC maintenance service. Got bad news, but very happy with ABC service.
I first made contact with Tim, who was assigned to come out and give me an estimate on my AC installation. Tim was prompt, easy to communicate with, and thorough in explaining the process to me in a way I could understand. After talking about my 15-year-old furnace and how it was actually overbuilt for my house, he offered me a second estimate on a replacement for that component as well. The price was so good, I couldn't refuse. Best of all, prior to my install date, Tim informed me he found some better quality Carrier components (as opposed to Lennox) which were in the warehouse, and that he could provide them to me at the same price. Antonio and his team came out for the install and were punctual, quick, and even went above and beyond to rake leaves from parts of my backyard. What a nice surprise! I will be using ABC for all future maintenance and repairs moving forward.
We started with the company when it was Ideal, continued when it changed to Van-Go and when it became ABC Cooling & Heating we continued. We have purchased new furnaces from them on two separate occasions and we have always been pleased with their salesman, installers, and the technicians that come to our home twice a year to service our furnace and air conditioner.
