Adam and his family/team are truly amazing! I have been using his service for almost 10 years. He never tried to upsell me or push me into anything. Finally the time came to fully replace our HVAC system that was never right for our house. Adam suggested using a smaller ton system to accommodate our 3 zones system better. So far it has been phenomenal and the new unit is so quiet, we don’t even realize it’s on. On top of the install Adam wanted his crew to check out all current ducting connections. His younger brother Daniel did a superb job crawling under our house to make sure everything was in perfect working order. He even took pics and video alerting me of a broken sewer vent pipe that we would never have known about and have already had repaired. His comment to me was “if it was my home I would want to know” which meant the world to me. Micah another brother who led the install was also brilliant as the lead manager. He was professional, courteous and passionate about his work. If you have any issues with your HVAC and live in Napa don’t bother looking at any other company, AdamEck is the right call. They also did a full replacement at my parent’s house and they were so happy with the service. It has been a great experience with Adam from start to finish! Came out several times to survey and discuss options for a heat pump install, was a competitive quote in the end and being it is a local family owned and driven business made it even more appealing. Install was smooth, clean and great communication along the way. All works as expected, can highly recommend Adam and his team!
Start to finish, great great service! Scheduling was a breeze. Natalia quickly got my information and I was on the books in no time. Text updates were clear and precise, as well as the email invoicing portal. Kyle and Daniel were awesome! As a woman home alone I felt very safe. They worked clean and efficiently and made it clear whenever a new situation or timing might effect cost. No surprises. I couldn't be happier to finally have a reliable HVAC contact!
Kyle first came out (on very short notice) to replace a part in one of our A/C compressors. He was efficient and courteous. We were good after that. A week later, a completely unrelated problem arose. Once again Adam and Kim scheduled Kyle to come back quickly. The problem was inherently difficult due to the system’s age and conditions. Kyle fixed this new problem and explained everything in language a lay person could understand. When the time comes for our aged system to be replaced, we will have no hesitation contracting w/AdamEck HVAC. Thanks again Adam, Kim and Kyle. It’s always nice when you deal with competent and stand-up people.
Adam and his team gave our church a very competitive bid for installation of a new system at our church and then performed beyond our expectations. The installation looks highly professional, the quality was as promised and more, and they were done a day earlier than projected. Communication was excellent, and the crew were a pleasure to have around. We will certainly be recommending them going forward!
