I had a great experience with Advanced Technical HVAC, especially with Julio. I had several other companies come out to give me quotes, and every one of them told me that because my HVAC unit was over 20 years old and located on the roof, I needed to replace the entire unit. The quotes were going to cost thousands of dollars, which unfortunately I just don’t have to spend right now. Julio was the only one who took the time to actually look at the problem and explain that he could repair the unit by replacing the motor. He was completely honest with me and explained that the repair would buy me some time, but eventually I will need to replace the unit. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to pressure me into spending thousands of dollars when there was another option. The repair cost a fraction of what everyone else was quoting me, and it should get me through the last few weeks of summer. Julio was extremely helpful, honest, and straightforward, and I really appreciate the work he did. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about helping the customer rather than just making a big sale. I would definitely recommend Julio and Advanced Technical HVAC to anyone who needs HVAC work!
Julio is a thorough professional. My old heater had conked out, and I needed a replacement . He was recommended by someone I came to admire. Julio is very knowledgeable and he walked me through many aspects of the heating systems and answered all my questions without rushing. He laid out all options for me and helped me pick the right furnace system for my requirements. Was very pleased with his prompt installation service. He also addressed a couple of small issues in my cooling systems, free of charge. His rates are very reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding ! He’ll be my goto contact for all HVAC needs in future. Highly recommend him and Advanced Technical HVAC!
Julio did a great job. He was detailed, professional and honest. He properly diagnosed the issue and even gave an explanation of the inner workings of the furnace. Communication was prompt and fluid throughout. If you’re looking for no nonsense furnace repair: Julio is your guy.
What a coincidence—just as the weather started getting hot, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I urgently called the company that originally installed the unit, but unfortunately they were short-staffed and couldn’t send anyone out. So I had to search online and came across this company with excellent reviews, and decided to contact them. I’m truly grateful that Julio told me over the phone he could come the next morning at 8:00. When he arrived, he first inspected the condensate pump and cleared the drain line, and discovered that the pump needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the part in his truck, but he promised to find one and try to come back later that afternoon to install it. Sure enough, he managed to get the part, informed me of the price—which I agreed to—and completed the replacement the same day. Thanks to his skill, my air conditioner is now working perfectly again! I found Julio to be very professional, polite, and reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to use his services in the future and will gladly recommend him to my friends.
Huge thanks to Julio at Advanced Technical. Our AC stopped working, and even though it was on incredibly short notice, he came right out to take a look. He diagnosed the issue and had it running perfectly again in under an hour, all for a very fair and reasonable price. Great, efficient service!
