Julio is a thorough professional. My old heater had conked out, and I needed a replacement . He was recommended by someone I came to admire. Julio is very knowledgeable and he walked me through many aspects of the heating systems and answered all my questions without rushing. He laid out all options for me and helped me pick the right furnace system for my requirements. Was very pleased with his prompt installation service. He also addressed a couple of small issues in my cooling systems, free of charge. His rates are very reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding ! He’ll be my goto contact for all HVAC needs in future. Highly recommend him and Advanced Technical HVAC!
Julio did a great job. He was detailed, professional and honest. He properly diagnosed the issue and even gave an explanation of the inner workings of the furnace. Communication was prompt and fluid throughout. If you’re looking for no nonsense furnace repair: Julio is your guy.

What a coincidence—just as the weather started getting hot, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I urgently called the company that originally installed the unit, but unfortunately they were short-staffed and couldn’t send anyone out. So I had to search online and came across this company with excellent reviews, and decided to contact them. I’m truly grateful that Julio told me over the phone he could come the next morning at 8:00. When he arrived, he first inspected the condensate pump and cleared the drain line, and discovered that the pump needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the part in his truck, but he promised to find one and try to come back later that afternoon to install it. Sure enough, he managed to get the part, informed me of the price—which I agreed to—and completed the replacement the same day. Thanks to his skill, my air conditioner is now working perfectly again! I found Julio to be very professional, polite, and reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to use his services in the future and will gladly recommend him to my friends.
