I recently replaced my old HVAC system — which consisted of two old furnaces and an aging AC unit — with two high-efficiency Carrier heat pumps, and I could not be happier with the decision. Before choosing a company, I interviewed more than 40 HVAC companies. I’m not exaggerating. I compared everyone from large multi-state companies to small family-owned businesses. I had numerous quotes, inspections, and consultations. Multiple offers and systems were offered - ducted vs ductless, multi-zone, single zone, dual zone, all high top brands carrier, daikin, mitsubishi. After all of that research and months of work, I decided to go with Air & Plumbing, and I’m very happy to say they completely lived up to my expectations. From the very beginning, Sergee impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. I could immediately tell he truly knew his craft. The installation team was also outstanding. Mateo and Nick did an excellent job — professional, respectful, organized, and highly competent. I felt completely comfortable leaving them alone working in my home, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. This is a very reliable company with people who genuinely know what they’re doing. On top of that, I believe they offered a very fair and competitive price, which gave me the best of both worlds: high-quality work and great value. I also had many conversations by phone and text with Mark, the main contractor, and he was always friendly, responsive, and receptive throughout the entire process. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say. They did a fantastic job, and I’m extremely happy I hired them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for heat pump installation, ductwork, HVAC replacement, or any type of HVAC repair or installation.

Would absolutely use again. Great customer service. I also had to cancel on them a couple of times and they were very understanding and nice about it. It’s hard to find a company that will service an old furnace, which we appreciated (although we did end up buying a new one).
I had my furnace of 15 years fail due to a cracked heat exchanger. On Monday Dec 22nd, I had contacted the company that originally installed it to price out a replacement. The cost quoted was nearly 10K which was absurd. Since we were hosting Christmas, they thought they had us over a barrel. I contacted Mark at Air & Plumbing after seeing their reviews on Yelp. He came out the next morning on Tuesday December 23rd and provided a quote for half of what the other company quoted. Mark had his installer out on December 24th at 8am and had us running by noon Christmas eve. This was incredible service to have someone come out on such short notice on Christmas eve. The installer was so hard working. They are now my go to HVAC company for all future service. I would highly recommend them.
