Luis and his team are very professional and quoted reasonable prices for our HVAC maintenance, Hector and Misa were here today, very polite, professional and friendly, they worked on the indoor and outdoor unit, cleared up some nasty rat nests and nuts stored in the compressor, fixed a wire that got chewed up by rodents. I am happy with their service and would recommend it to friends and family.
The hvac technician helped me with my furnace and did a great job walking me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done. Great work and definitely recommend him.
I had another heating company inspect my AC unit and they told me I needed a completely new system. Since the replacement cost was so high I decided to get a second quote and called Airtify. The team took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of immediately quoting me. They were able to repair my existing unit for just $300, saving me thousands of dollars. I can't describe how relieved I felt after hearing this from Luis. Their honesty earned my trust. When the time does come to replace my system Airtify will be the first company I call.
Airtify did the installation of ACs in our new place with 3 separate outlets for various rooms. They did the job very efficiently and thoroughly taking care to minimize the damage to the dry wall. The wirings were covered in a clean professional manner. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work done.
Had a really good experience with AIRTIFY. They were easy to get ahold of, showed up when they said they would, and got my AC running again without any hassle. The technician was friendly, explained what was wrong, and the price felt fair. If you're in Silicon Valley and need AC repair they're definitely worth calling.
