A special thanks to Genelle at the front desk, who did an excellent job coordinating the scheduling and keeping everything organized. She made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I also want to recognize Art Miner, the initial sales consultant. He patiently walked me through my options, answered all of my questions, and helped me make the right decision. Rather than recommending a more expensive two-zone system, he honestly explained that a single system with dampers would meet my home’s needs. I really appreciated that level of integrity and expertise. The installation team, Gutso and Leon, were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time, completed the main HVAC installation in a single day, and made sure the system was fully operational before leaving. They returned as scheduled to complete the ductwork and were punctual for the follow-up visit as well. The quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. The ductwork was neatly installed and properly sealed, the line sets were installed cleanly and professionally with protective covers, the outdoor condenser was securely braced to the ground, and all electrical wiring was completed neatly and correctly. They thoroughly tested the system, verified everything was working properly, and took the time to explain how to operate and maintain it for the best performance. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. My first experience with Brenham Purves was excellent, as he guided me through every step of the inspection process. He constantly explained what he was doing and took the time to clarify each action. Brenham also explained the reasons behind the recommended HVAC procedures without trying to upsell or pressure us into buying anything. Throughout the visit, he was respectful, friendly, and very personable, qualities I believe every technician should have, especially when working in someone's home. For our experience with AIS Heating and Air Conditioning Company, I am extremely impressed with the technicians, Fausto and Abel. Before the installation, they communicated with us thoroughly, patiently listening to our needs and offering professional advice. They addressed the removal of an old Gas Furnace and replaced it with a new Heat pump system. They worked hard, climbing into the attic and crawling through tight spaces, and did an excellent job. Once the system was in place, they carefully explained to us how to operate it. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the Heat Pump system. The installation looks tidy, and they did a fantastic job cleaning the site. Thanks again for their hard work and excellent job. I would highly recommend them and the AIS Team to anyone interested in Heat Pump installation. The final Heat Pump installation exceeded our expectations. Awesome!
The technician was professional and clearly explained the issue with my AC system. He showed me the dust buildup on the evaporator coil that was causing the odor and performed a thorough cleaning. The problem was resolved and the system is working well again. The service was a bit pricey, but the work was done professionally and I appreciated the clear explanation.
