I got an entire new power pump. I was pleased with how trustworthy & professional AJ Heating & Cooling Inc. was. There were several other problems that Jose found, & I was shown pictures from the attic and crawl space under the house, to verify to me those things needed to be addressed. I was glad that I knew about the issues going in, instead of being blindsided by add ons later. Jose treated his team in a positive way, which I also appreciated. The 3rd party inspector also had positive things to say about instalment workmanship of the system. Friends had praised AJ to me highly after they had done their system recently. That praise was deserved.
When I was shopping around for Air Conditioning, it was suggested I call AJ Heating & Cooling........... That was the best referral ever!!! Jose and his team were amazing to work with. He listened to all of my needs and more importantly respected the budget I had in mind. He made suggestions I had not considered and just made the whole process an enjoyable one. He was always timely, had great communication and most importantly, installed an AC system that we are currently enjoying in this heat wave --- they were neat and tidy too! I have passed on the referral of AJ Heating & Cooling to friends/neighbors and will definitely reach out to them again when we need to update our duct work. They were a joy to work with.
The old AC system in our house was beyond repair. AJ Heating and Cooling Inc. had provided a new system to our neighbour, who was very pleased both with the innovative design, and the excellent installation. I contacted them and a few other vendors. AJ Heating and Cooling did not provide the least expensive offer, but is was definitely the clearest in terms of what could be achieved with modern AC technology, and also clear with what changes were required under present regulations. The system was excellently installed on the dates promised. We now have completed pressure testing of the new all-electric system, and passed city inspection with flying colors. We received several bids for the project. We chose AJ based on my friend's strong recommendation, as they had previously hired AJ to install a mini split. Although some bids offered to match or beat AJ's price, I agree with my friend that they are great people. They are very efficient, keep the site clean, maintain good communication, and are always on time. I highly recommend them!
