Our technician showed up on time and we did not have to wait too long to get our appointment date. We were provided with a diagnostic and estimation. Our fridge was repaired on the spot . I am glad we decided not to replace our appliance but to attempt a repair. Great professional service.

The tech, Oleksandr, was courteous, analyzed the problem with my dryer quickly, knew precisely where the thermostat was that burned out, kept all parts neat and organized and successfully got the dryer up and running. Good job. Seemed somewhat expensive but good techs are hard to find.
