Alternative HVAC recently installed a heat pump system for us. Mike evaluated our needs and provided us with options; he explained everything in great detail and offered his recommendations. His bid was competitive with/a little less than other estimates we had received in the past. His office team scheduled the installation to work with our schedule, and the install team, Brandon and Tino, did a fantastic job - they were very pleasant to work with and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Mike and the team at Alternative HVAC Solutions did a great job installing our new electric Heat Pump to replace a 25 year old gas furnace. We also added air conditioning. They gave a well thought out estimate and were flexible when we asked for changes to suit our home's needs and our budget. The team that installed the system was professional and helpful. They also assisted with the rebates, which can be confusing since there are city, state and federal rebates. We are really enjoying our new system and would recommend Alternative HVAC Solutions.

The workers, Julio and Rick, did a great job. They were on time and cleaned up each day. After it was installed they explained how to use the thermostat and the maintenance routine. Now we have heating and air conditioning that works. We would recommended Alternative HVAC Solutions.
Alternative HVAC Solutions installed two Mitsubishi mini-split heat pumps that work superbly. They deliver more than adequate heating and cooling despite large open entry spaces to the rooms. The company was able to find the sweet spot in the design selecting just the right heating and cooling capacity with no unnecessary extra cost. Mike explained that his company emphasizes training and learning which was evidenced not only by the design but by a well executed installation that passed inspection with complements from the inspector. They have the top rating from Mitsubishi which means longer warranties. I highly recommend this company. I couldn't be happier.
