Highly recommend Roy and his HVAC service! Roy was professional, knowledgeable, and very reliable from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain the issue, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His workmanship was excellent, pricing was fair, and the service was done in a timely manner. It’s hard to find honest and dependable HVAC technicians these days, and Roy truly stands out. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to others.
Roy came as a referral from a good friend of mine. It was Easter weekend on Saturday and my A/C unit stopped working and it was 90 outside. I called Roy and asked if there was any chance he could come out today since it was already 11am. He said he was in Hollister but would swing by my house all the way in Morgan Hill when he was done there. Once he arrived he diagnosed the problem within minutes. He even checked my coolant levels and the air temp inside to ensure the unit, though running, was performing as it should be. I rarely ever write reviews but Roy's professionalism and willingness to go out of his way on a holiday weekend deserves this review. Thank you Roy I will never call anyone else for my A/C issues. American Coast heating and cooling were excellent! From start to finish, attentive to the customer and getting back to us quickly. Provided a quick turnaround time to review the work and provide an estimate and not only that, but when they did come do the work we had some other wiring issues that they helped us work through that they did not cause.👍🏼🙌🏽. We were missing some fuses initially so we couldn’t start up when he was there to get the unit connected. After we got the fuses and finally started up the air conditioning unit we saw an error code and didn’t know what was going on so we called and Roy made a second trip out just to help us work through the issue and even though we didn’t resolve it while he was there, he provided us good information about how to resolve the issue and what was wrong so that when we did get wiring issue fixed, everything ran perfectly.
