Mostafa at Amercool Comfort was fantastic. Our A/C kept tripping the breaker every time it ran, and he quickly found the root cause: a faulty capacitor and an outdated breaker. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue promptly, and had our system running again in no time. What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help. Mostafa and his son were great. They were honest and didn't try to rip us off. They fixed my leak and did not try to upsell anything. They were very friendly and professional. They replied promptly and were quick with scheduling an appointment. Would definitely do business again.
I contacted this company to help diagnose and fix my AC unit that was not producing cold air and the blower/fan in the house running 24/hrs without the fan being on by the thermostat. They came out the same day within hours of messaging them and had my AC unit working within 30minutes arriving. It was a capacitor replacement which they had on hand brand new. They then checked our blower wire by wire, the control board and the thermostat. Turns out there was a short in the wire. They came back the next day (due to other calls they had to get to) and went under the house ans rewired. The blower is now working as it should.not to mention the extra mile they went on the previous day diagnosing the wiring issue. Highly highly recommend these folks! Very knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant experience with them.
We had a great experience with Americool Comfort. I found Mostafa on Nextdoor, where he had several strong recommendations, and we liked the idea of working with a local company in or near Morgan Hill. He responded to my initial text right away and was able to come out the same day, which we really appreciated. He first replaced the capacitor, and once the system started up, he identified that the condenser fan motor was also faulty. He quickly sourced the part and got everything fixed fast. From start to finish, the whole process took about 3 days—but it would have been completed the same day if it had only been the capacitor. Mostafa was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Pricing felt reasonable and in line with AC repair costs in our area. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Americool Comfort!
