I needed a small part for a DIY repair on a Whirlpool washing machine. Found this place using AI, called, they had the part and put it on hold for me to pick up the next day. When I arrived I was amazed at the sheer amount of appliance parts they had. I picked up the package they had put on hold and it worked perfectly when I got home. No frills, just old fashioned plain good service. Highly recommend

I called and they searched their system to see if they had the washing machine door bellows and they had it in stock and set it aside so it was right there when I walked in. I may have been able to find it cheaper online, but who knows what you would actually get or how long it would take. I am glad APD is a local business and I highly recommend them.

Today I called ahead for a washer lid switch and the guy was nice to set it aside for me. When I came in to buy it, I chatted with a different guy about the problem in my washing machine that this part was going to fix, and he went out of his way to give me some pointers and ask thoughtful follow up questions. After a few mins, he went ahead and double checked that I had the correct part and it turns out that I didn't, and he got the correct one. With his tips, installing the part was a breeze and he saved me so much time by making sure I had the right part. I won't hesitate to return!
