We called and scheduled routine maintenance for our older furnace and air conditioning unit. Communication was great prior to service date and day of service for arrival time of technician. David was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He spent a great amount of time with us, insuring all our questions were answered. We were very comfortable and impressed with his service and he did not try to “ up sell” us. David offered great customer service. Definitely would recommend Art of Comfort and David!!!

I called on Art of Comfort for a second opinion after another vendor quoted very high estimates to repair two AC units that didn't seem quite right. David had a very different perspective, which made a lot more sense, and he simply provided his expert advice without applying any aggressive sales tactics. Had a great experience from the office Selina to the techs Fernando , Rick , Kao and Julian . They all worked together nicely and did a great job installing a damaged coil line from a previous hvac company. They were on time and informative on the situation. We appreciate the excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend . 5 stars
