I called Austin’s and Seth was here in 15-20 minutes! He was very friendly and sympathetic to my needs! My husband passed away in March and I’m having to learn to get things done on my own! I could not get a/c to cool down. Seth cleared the winter schedule, replaced something in the outside unit (cleaned out a fried lizard in the process) and told me which buttons to use when necessary. Thanks, Mary Perez, for recommending Austin’s! Thanks to Seth, I can be cool again! Linda Patrick
I had a great experience with Victor repairing my upstairs HVAC system. He was fast, efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his attention to detail, professionalism, and the quality of his work. The entire process went smoothly, and my HVAC system is working great again. I would definitely recommend Victor to anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC service. Excellent service from start to finish!
I couldn’t be happier with the service Luis from Austin Heating provided. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he perform the annual maintenance on my HVAC system, but he also took the time to explain how the entire system works and answered all of my questions. It’s rare to find a technician who genuinely cares about educating the customer instead of just completing the job.
Seth was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up right on time, which is always appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue with our system and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He worked efficiently and professionally, completing the repair quickly without any unnecessary delays. The job was done right the first time, and our HVAC is running perfectly again. Seth was courteous, clean, and left everything in great shape. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again in the future!
Moises Mendoza and his crew did a great job installing our new AC and furnace. They were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the installation. Moises was friendly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend Austin’s Heating & Air Conditioning and would gladly work with Moises again.
