My AC works perfectly fine, but I wanted to be proactive and get a tune-up/maintenance done before anything actually breaks. I asked around on Facebook for recommendations and got quite a few different companies suggested to me. I called several places to compare pricing, and Austin Heating & Air ended up being the most affordable option out of all of them. The technician who came out was a younger gentleman, and although I wasn’t home at the time, my husband was there and had nothing but positive things to say. He said the technician was very professional, friendly, and thorough. Not only did he inspect everything and make sure the unit was running properly, but he also cleaned the unit and even removed a whole black widow spider family that was near it! He took the time to explain everything he was checking and recommended a part that could help lower our PG&E bill because the AC sounded like it was overworking itself when running. We appreciated that he explained it without being pushy, and we decided to go ahead with the additional repair. I also liked that they offer a monthly maintenance plan with twice-a-year service visits. I haven’t signed up yet only because this was my first experience with the company and I wanted to see how things went first. After this experience though, I definitely feel comfortable using Austin Heating & Air moving forward whenever we need service for our AC or heating system. Highly recommend!
I called Austin’s and Seth was here in 15-20 minutes! He was very friendly and sympathetic to my needs! My husband passed away in March and I’m having to learn to get things done on my own! I could not get a/c to cool down. Seth cleared the winter schedule, replaced something in the outside unit (cleaned out a fried lizard in the process) and told me which buttons to use when necessary. Since we had such an amazing personal experience with our home install with Austin’s, we decided to use them for our business as well. I bought a building in 2023 and the first HVAC company did duct work and tried to “fix” the old units but they kept dying. That’s when I decided to see if Austin’s does commercial work. They do! Omar came out and tried to piece together our Frankenstein units so we didn’t have to buy several new systems and he definitely tried his best but the units were too old. When we finally decided to replace the units they came out within the week and it was installed so quick that I didn’t even realize it was in…and our office is now cooling (and heating) amazingly!
Moises Mendoza and his crew did a great job installing our new AC and furnace. They were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the installation. Moises was friendly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend Austin’s Heating & Air Conditioning and would gladly work with Moises again.
I had a great experience working with Seth. He was friendly, arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable about AC system repair. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s hard to find someone who is both professional and honest, and Seth definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs AC repair or maintenance
