The repair technician was excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, and completed the job efficiently.
Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was the complete opposite. We repeatedly received voicemails from Crystal asking us to call her back, but after multiple attempts, she was always either in a meeting or unavailable. We only needed a simple form, yet it seemed like no one at the company was able to assist us.
Quality customer service is the heart of any business, and the lack of communication and follow-through from the office reflects poorly on the company’s overall reputation. While the repair work itself was great, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired.

Our heater tank replaced with no charge! We are very thankful! Vincent is very professional in his work. Everything was explained to us clearly. He is very respectful on our property and everything was done efficiently. 100% recommended

Very detailed about what needs to be done and followed up very good service. I reduced this from 5 to 3 because on the finish of the job they did not put the cover on the furnace. Then the outside panel that cover the furnace was put on upside down and incorrectly as well as leaving screws on the ground outside panel I had to go out and correct the issues.i don’t know what the inspector will think he sees the furnace cover just lying in there. Update it has been a couple months now but the Techs and Barker have been very good on responding very quickly and resolving all the issues. And changing the star rating to a 4. Pleas read post entirely has they have been excellent since the first issue

Mitsubishi Mini split refrigerant recharged after diagnosis of low coolant pressure. Ryan showed up on time, accurately diagnosed the problem and recharged my system very quickly. Great job all around.
