Very disappointed in how this whole process has gone. My experience with them starts before mid-December 2025. In a few more days, it will be march and I'm still not squared away with the service they were to provide. Communication has been very fragmented and I've spent too much time and energy following up with Bell Brothers to make any type of progress. I regret even choosing this company. Buyers beware when choosing this company. Too much time has passed since everything began and this is just unacceptable by anyone's standards especially when the job was to install two separate direct vent wall mounted heating units. This shouldn't take months to get to the finish line. I have attached photos. I've gone through the winter with the units mounted onto a wall that isn't closed up. You can only imagine how inefficient my heating has been as a result. Some major cutouts to the walls were due to miscommunication within their own teams. Had the job been communicated better, a lot of this would have been avoided. I just want my walls fixed and the job completed and pass inspections so that I can walk away from ever dealing with this company ever again.
We've had a great experience with Bell Brothers, and I wanted to specifically recognize Alvaro, Raul, and the team. The level of care carries throughout the organization. When we were initially evaluating HVAC options, Raul spent significant time helping us understand our choices and determine what was best for our home rather than simply trying to sell us something. That expertise, combined with genuine care for customers, built a great deal of trust. Everyone we work with seems to genuinely care about us. Raul and Alvaro were both incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping us resolve our issue. He even drove all the way from San Jose during rush hour to come assist us, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, he took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we felt confident about the path forward. Trust is a huge factor when choosing a company to work in your home, and Bell Brothers has consistently reinforced why we chose them. They are knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and willing to do what's needed to take care of their customers. We are very grateful for Raul's guidance, Alvaro's help, the whole team's expertise, and highly recommend Bell Brothers to anyone looking for HVAC or plumbing services.
. Bell Bros was having an incredible July special to clean out the main pipe. Thankfully they did same day service. A technician named David came out and did the job. He was quick, thorough and very polite. He also set me up for a free inspection the following day. Co worker Giovanni came the next day. He was so accommodating with my time slot. He inspected the main sewer line with the camera. He too was very informative in telling me what he found and showed me through the monitor why the main line clogs up every once in a while. Hey later, sent me an estimate of what it would take to fix it.
I've already referred Chris and Bell Brothers to 3 of my neighbor's, my sister anyone who will listen. In all the years I've been using appliance repair technicians I must say Chris was the best. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and cleared my clogged tub in no time after explaining to me why my regular plumbers couldn't figure out how to clear it. Added bonus, he liked my dog and vice versa, a real win win. So thank you Bell Brothers and Christopher for taking such good care of us. Highly recommending you to everyone I know. These guys are so amazing! They did such a great job on my Drain. They were only there for about five minutes and it was fixed.
