Giovanni Redodondo of the Hayward office was great today, communicated this expected arrival, fixed the plumbing problem efficiently and repaired related necessary work without needing any additional calls. He let me know when everything was done and how to maintain the fixture to maximize the life of it going forward. He was professional and had a welcoming generous personality. Love to have him help whenever we have a plumbing problem 7/13/26 Christopher Pogue was great today, very efficient in clearing a sewer main blockage that had resisted my efforts with a 25' snake, as his professional 50' snake from the cleanout got things flowing again. He was very professional and careful. after the main was cleared, one tub was still backed up and he helped snake the blockage from the tub as well. Helped me see how to do the cleanout more effectively. Friendly and thorough. Another great job from Bell Brothers!

We've had a great experience with Bell Brothers, and I wanted to specifically recognize Alvaro, Raul, and the team. The level of care carries throughout the organization. When we were initially evaluating HVAC options, Raul spent significant time helping us understand our choices and determine what was best for our home rather than simply trying to sell us something. That expertise, combined with genuine care for customers, built a great deal of trust. Everyone we work with seems to genuinely care about us. Raul and Alvaro were both incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping us resolve our issue. He even drove all the way from San Jose during rush hour to come assist us, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, he took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we felt confident about the path forward. Trust is a huge factor when choosing a company to work in your home, and Bell Brothers has consistently reinforced why we chose them. They are knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and willing to do what's needed to take care of their customers. We are very grateful for Raul's guidance, Alvaro's help, the whole team's expertise, and highly recommend Bell Brothers to anyone looking for HVAC or plumbing services.

Very disappointed in how this whole process has gone. My experience with them starts before mid-December 2025. In a few more days, it will be march and I'm still not squared away with the service they were to provide. Communication has been very fragmented and I've spent too much time and energy following up with Bell Brothers to make any type of progress. I regret even choosing this company. Buyers beware when choosing this company. Too much time has passed since everything began and this is just unacceptable by anyone's standards especially when the job was to install two separate direct vent wall mounted heating units. This shouldn't take months to get to the finish line. I have attached photos. I've gone through the winter with the units mounted onto a wall that isn't closed up. You can only imagine how inefficient my heating has been as a result. Some major cutouts to the walls were due to miscommunication within their own teams. Had the job been communicated better, a lot of this would have been avoided. I just want my walls fixed and the job completed and pass inspections so that I can walk away from ever dealing with this company ever again.

Just had the pleasure of working with Bell Brothers for the first time for a sump pump issue. Javier and David just finished the repair and I couldn’t be happier! From the very beginning, scheduling was super easy, with convenient time windows to offer. I had a plumber in my home within three hours of scheduling the appointment. Both Javier and David were very knowledgeable, punctual and great at answering any questions I had. They gave me a detailed rundown what the repair would entail and there were no hidden fees. Price isn’t cheap, but then again you get what you pay for when you want a job well done. Our sump pump is up and running now thanks to Bell Brothers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of honest & professional plumbers.

Not a good experience with this Plumbing Company. Called for a clogged toilet flushed perfectly fine before I had clogged it only with toilet paper, and flushable wipes.We are renters, and I did text the owner what happened to the toilet she told me to take care of situation. One is the technician did ask if I was the owner I responded Yes!. The owner didn’t want to deal with the toilet situation. She gave me permission to fix it, and I decided to schedule with Bell Brothers Plumbing Company. This was first time scheduling with them. I trusted them since I heard great things of them on social media. Scheduled an appointment online, and the technician came out was trusted looked at our toilet situation explained what was going to be done, and gave us an estimate of how much it was going to cost to fix the toilet situation. We agreed, and after an hour ended up explaining the technician had to go to the store to replace something on our toilet. After another hour we were explained that our toilet had something stuck like plastic thing inside had a difficult time getting it out that even bent his tool, and it needed to be replaced with a new toilet. How much? $1,824.00 of course not happening. Reported to the owner what happened to the toilet of course the owner got super upset, and at the end of all this crazy situation owner allowed the manager to come and look at the toilet explained the same thing the other technician had said payed the first technician $99.00 dollars to come and look at what happened to our toilet. The owner did not want them fixing the toilet at all. She was worried they would do more damage than what already had happened to our toilet. The technician guy did remove the toilet paper, and wipes. He did explain the toilet had to be left the same way it was when he came to our home. We hired someone outside the company guy fixed it in less than 1 hour charge us $230.00 new toilet, and all an he his not a technician!!
