Our first contact with Bellows was through Suzan, their representative at the Napa Costco. She was very professional and we set up an appointment for an estimate. We've never had any AC and Brian did an excellent job of explaining our options for a split air pump and providing us with an estimate. The cost was less than what we had received from another company last year. Installation was fast and no fuss. From start to finish, it was a good experience and while we wanted the split for cooling, the heating option is surprisingly efficient.

They replaced my old gas water heater with a new model. They did a great job. They hauled away the old water heater. They left everything clean.

Six years ago, Bellows installed my HVAC system and a Navien tankless water heater in my home. The installation was first-rate, and both systems have performed flawlessly ever since. During a recent inspection, both the HVAC technician and the plumber were efficient, professional, and courteous. This visit was especially positive, and I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail both technicians brought to the job. The plumber, in particular, went the extra mile by helping diagnose an unrelated issue in my home, which I greatly appreciated.

I waited three weeks on this plumbing company just to receive the following response: “Unfortunately, this is not a project we’re able to provide an estimate for.” The project was simply plumbing work for a bathtub drain — not some massive or unusual job. That’s it. No transparency upfront, no timely communication, and no respect for my time. If this wasn’t a project they could handle, that should have been communicated within a day or two — not after dragging the process out for nearly a month. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism was incredibly frustrating. A simple courtesy call early on would have sufficed. If you value clear communication and reliability, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
