Incredibly grateful we were referred to Big Air after our HVAC and water heater broke day one of moving into our new home. Not only were they responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful - they also suffered through the arduous process of seeking a home warranty claim (which…sucked. Avoid Fidelity National Home Warranty like the plague!) The HVAC work was no small feat, including having to source a specific size furnace to accomplish our crawl space but will function for the home. We are also appreciative for the yearly membership which allowed for a discount on the work and ongoing assistance if there are issues that arise. We’d happily recommend Big Air (and its partner companies like Peter Levi) for all your hvac and plumbing needs.
My 1993 AC finally become not economical to keep going, with RF22 getting harder to find and needing a new fan and possibly a compressor, combined with evaporator coils in the furnace having some corrosion enough to get close to a replacement it was time for a new AC unit. after asking around, I call Big Air for an inspection/tune-up and after talking through options settled on a Trane 2-ton unit multistage with comfort coil for the furnace. The techs appeared first thing in the morning ready to work and had all the tools and equipment needed. They were courteous to my work schedule and kept everything clean and in order, working through the duct, handled haul-away, was safe and identified energized points and made sure heavy parts were handled in pairs to avoid problems. They cleaned up after the installation (about 4-5 hours worth of work) and did a walk through inspection and consulted with me on the new thermostat and made sure i had the documentation on hand. Wonderful experience, wonderful techs, and very highly recommended, while price for Trane systems and pro installation is higher than self-installing a different unit (single stage, alternate brand, et c) i definitely feel the price I paid was worth it.

Victor was amazing. We have a dog and he was so friendly and loving to our Buddie. Victor was very transparent and communicative about the whole service process. Unfortunately for me some issues came up with our system and I felt very comfortable, supported, and informed of all the issues. I left the day 100 percent satisfied and will is this company again for my next water heater check up.
