I cannot say enough wonderful things about the company or my technician Isaiah! They texted me their time of arrival and showed up on time as scheduled. Isaiah did a very thorough and complete inspection and cleaning, kept me informed of everything he observed, and let me know options of moving forward. He was professional, courteous, and I was very comfortable with him in my home and of the services he provided. I would highly recommend this company!

The technician flushed our water heater, replaced the anode rod, and installed an expansion tank. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and informative. What stood out most was how willing they were to explain what they were doing and educate us on the condition of our water heater and the purpose of the repairs. They took the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed and helped us better understand how to maintain the system going forward. The work was completed efficiently, everything was left clean, and the entire experience felt honest and trustworthy. The service technician, Jordan, was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was impressed with the breadth of the diagnosis he did on my system. He was straight forward in the diagnosis and able to explain what was going on. Ultimately the system was within spec and there was no strong sales tactic to replace or repair anything. I will be using the company again when it is time to replace the system.
Contacted Big Air for a service on our tankless water heater. Communication scheduling and for arrival was good. Victor Mezquita was our technician. He was professional and explained so issues he found with the water heater. And while the price tag was more than we anticipated originally we appreciated he thorough explanation of why the work was needed for the system to function properly. Would hire again.
I contracted with Big Air to replace my duct work. I have been using Big Air for years and I have not been disappointed. From the estimate to the workers the job was done as I expected. The men cleaned up at the end of the day and explained everything to me as they proceeded. I highly recommend Big Air. They won’t be the cheapest but the job will be done right.
