Juan and his team from Breathable provided excellent service for my air-duct system replacement here in San Jose. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and I was impressed with how they kept my home spotless during the work. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service I received. What really stood out was their attention to detail - they suggested several improvements that I had completely overlooked and even discovered some minor issues with my AC, thermostat, and furnace during the installation. As a bonus, they were able to resolve all of those additional problems on the spot. The HVAC technicians really went above and beyond my expectations, and I'm glad I chose their service for my home's heating and air conditioning needs.

Wow! All the stars! The only regret we have about Breathable is not finding them years ago. We recently had a mold issue in our bedroom due to water intrusion from a faulty window installation. I contacted Breathable as they are one of the few companies I found capable of doing full HVAC mold remediation. From first contact through post-job questions, Nir has been a phenomenal communicator and just so helpful. And I don’t know where to start with foreman Juan and his crew. So knowledgeable, helpful, and fastidious. They also discovered some core issues with our relatively new HVAC system that the original installer missed, issues that have been detrimental to our indoor air quality. We hired Breathable for deep cleaning of our Central HVAC & mini-split, duct cleaning, and smoke test. Pricing, skill, responsiveness, treatment of our home, closing the door so the cats didn’t escape :), all of it top tier. Highest recommendation!

Nir and the team at breathable did a tremendous job with our project and installation, as well as after service care. We started with an inspection that ended up surfacing some significant issues, including asbestos that was becoming exposed, gaps in the ductwork, and ducts venting straight into wall cavities. We opted for a full rebuild, and Nir and team redesigned and built us a new set of ducts. The team went above and beyond, even moving some ductwork into the ceiling in our garage without us explicitly asking. As we began our rebuild, we ended up tacking on a heat pump install as well- and the team adapted to our changing needs quickly, keeping us well informed of our options and moving forward consistently. I appreciated that when we considered heat pump options, Nir and team did not push the most expensive options, helping us find the right balance of value and performance for our needs. Finally, after service care was exemplary- we had only one issue related to our condensation drain line which was resolved with a quick service call on the same day it was reported.
