We recently had a Carrier 2-zone heat pump and fan coil system installed in our home, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From tear-out to final inspection, the job took 4 days and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The entire team was respectful, hardworking, and took great care to clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Marco was a phenomenal communicator throughout the project, always keeping us informed and making sure everything went smoothly. While accessing the crawlspace during the installation, they also discovered that our dryer duct had become disconnected. They brought it to our attention right away and were able to reconnect it and clean the dryer ducts as well, which we really appreciated. It was truly a pleasure working with everyone involved, and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Update - we had Carol Flynn come out again to work on another unit and they did an awesome job. This one was a quick fix, they took care of the warranty claim and back in business! Thanks Luis! Carol Flynn did an excellent job on our 4 ton residential AC unit from start to finish. They were on time, tested thoroughly to identify the problem and offered options for temporary or more permanent fixes. This was very different from other AC repair companies we contacted. Great communication from Marco, transparent pricing, they did the job as described, left the job site clean and did great finish work (it looks great and works!). Luis is excellent, and I would highly recommend him, the rest of the team that helped and Carol Flynn in general.

Great HVAC Company. We used this company for years. We set up the duct cleaning and they found overr half of the ducts were damaged. A wild animal got into the crew space and tore the ducts apart. Carol Flynn moved their schedule around and rebuild the ducts within 4 days. In time for Thanksgiving. I got estimates from various companies. And decided to use decide the company we trust to do the best work. The crew found a small gas leak to the hot water tank and fixed it without asking or charge. I hired Carol Flynn to replace the furnace in another house. They did a great job cleaning the existing ducts and replacing the old gas furnace with an energy efficient gas furnace that can be easily upgraded to the electric heat pump in the future. You can't go wrong with Carol Flynn.

During the coldest weeks of this (2026) winter, our heating system failed. I called Carol Flynn’s Maria, the angel who manages the office, and even though every technician was busy, she arranged to have her boss, Marco, come out that afternoon to diagnose and possibly fix the problem, which turned out to be unrepairable. He thoroughly explained our options and I chose to have the furnace replaced with an upgraded, 97% efficient Carrier furnace and a new digital thermostat with wifi capability. Marco gave us an extremely fair price for the new furnace. Luis and Eddie were extremely thorough and without being directed, they upgraded everything: the mounting to the studs, all the electrical wiring, switches, PVC flue and drain lines. They completely rearranged their schedules and came out on a Saturday, spending the entire day to help us out. And in the few days we were without heat, Marco went out of his way to deliver 3 space heaters so we could stay comfortable. As a long-time customer, I could not recommend Carol Flynn and it’s employees more highly. They are caring, organized, extremely skilled, neat and most of all, honest. This company is simply the best; don’t waste your time with anyone else.
