We were looking to upgrade our heater and had CM heating and Air give us a estimate for a mini split system for three rooms of the house. Chad was pleasant to deal with excellent communicator and punctual. He took the time to walk me through the house, explaining how the units work, the best locations for the units and answering any questions I had. Moving forward had CM heating and Air to do the installation, everything was exactly how Chad explained it would be laid out and how long installation would take, which wasn't too bad at all! Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Very happy with the end product, clean install, attention to detail were taking and now we have heat again! And AC for the summertime! This guy knows his stuff. I'm a happy customer and would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing HVAC work/service.

Chad with CM Heating and Air has been a life saver with trouble shooting my HVAC system and Wine Cellar cooling system. Both had incorrect installations. Most people would have given up, but not Chad, he kept troubleshooting, figured out what was wrong with both systems and both have been working great since he fixed them. Not to mention, he is very timely when coordinating a service appointment and does an excellent job with routine maintenance as well.
