Our consultation was excellent, we were well informed to make the decision we needed too. I have been in and around the home service industry for quite a while and these guys are top notch. Connolly came recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad we chose them. I called in the morning regarding an AC that wasn't blowing cool air. Before sending someone out, they suggested I change the air filters and see if that helped. I appreciated that guidance, because they could have easily sent a tech to give me the same advice and had me pay, but they didn't! When changing the filters didn't make an impact, I called back, and a technician was able to come back the same day. The technician Grayson was quick, explained things thoroughly and clearly, and gave an accurate verbal estimate. I felt included in the repair decisions and understood why the repair was needed. I'll return to Connolly next time we need service!
Connolly Heating and Air Conditioning truly has impeccable service. Vince from Sales very patiently walked us through the various Air Conditioning options for our home and answered numerous questions we had for a new Air Conditioner and Furnace. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and worked with us through every detail. The Team of Experts Connolly sent, Nick, Russ and Josh worked tirelessly in 97 degree heat to ensure the install was done properly and precisely. They stayed until dark to complete the job so we could have Air Conditioning for a very hot week. When the job was complete, they cleaned up every area immaculately ~ they really cared, which is rare these days. Grateful to you, Vince, Nick, Russ and Josh for all you did for our home. We appreciate you more than words could say. (And I must add, not once did Connolly ask us to write a review, this is all from a true experience).
Grayson was an incredible tech! Very knowledgeable, great at explaining, and wonderful customer service. After multiple failed attempts to find a reliable HVAC vendor, we are just sorry we didn't find Connolly and Grayson sooner. This is our go to HVAC expert from here on out! Great job!
The only way Connolly HVAC can make their service better as to do it for free. A friend referred me to them to correct a problem created by Jazz HVAC. This persons referral means a lot to me. The technician arrived a little early and had the diagnosis in less than 15 minutes. Jazz HVAC had connected the condenser wires incorrectly mixing it up with another wire. You can't beat honest and friendly service from knowledgeable people that obviously fully understand All phases of their profession. And our pleasurable to work with. We are now lifetime plans for Connolly.
