Connolly came recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad we chose them. I called in the morning regarding an AC that wasn't blowing cool air. Before sending someone out, they suggested I change the air filters and see if that helped. I appreciated that guidance, because they could have easily sent a tech to give me the same advice and had me pay, but they didn't! When changing the filters didn't make an impact, I called back, and a technician was able to come back the same day. The technician Grayson was quick, explained things thoroughly and clearly, and gave an accurate verbal estimate. I felt included in the repair decisions and understood why the repair was needed. I'll return to Connolly next time we need service!
I recently had a new heat pump and furnace installed through Connolly after being without heat for over a month, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Brian was the technician who first came to my home to explain my options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in walking me through the choices. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated how thoroughly he answered my questions. The installation was scheduled quickly, which meant a lot to me. JT and Justin completed the installation over two days. Because my home is older, there were some unexpected challenges, but they handled everything professionally and efficiently. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up carefully each day, vacuumed the work areas, and left everything neat and orderly. They were also friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. It’s too early to comment on long-term performance, but so far the system is running well, and I’m very grateful to have reliable heat again. I would absolutely recommend Connolly and their team.
Grayson was an incredible tech! Very knowledgeable, great at explaining, and wonderful customer service. After multiple failed attempts to find a reliable HVAC vendor, we are just sorry we didn't find Connolly and Grayson sooner. This is our go to HVAC expert from here on out! Great job!
We have been customers for 10 years with twice a year service contract. This last week we had our entire HVAC system replaced . The only way Connolly HVAC can make their service better as to do it for free. A friend referred me to them to correct a problem created by Jazz HVAC. This persons referral means a lot to me. The technician arrived a little early and had the diagnosis in less than 15 minutes. Jazz HVAC had connected the condenser wires incorrectly mixing it up with another wire. You can't beat honest and friendly service from knowledgeable people that obviously fully understand All phases of their profession. And our pleasurable to work with. We are now lifetime plans for Connolly.
