John is more than just a great HVAC technician… he is honest, dependable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. In a world where it can be difficult to find people you can truly trust, John stands out. He is responsive, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and his integrity gives me complete confidence in his recommendations. I have used him personally and professionally and I highly recommend John and Core Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service! :-)
John is great. He repaired our air conditioner that broke down on a 100 degree day. He was at another home down the street and we flagged him down and tasked if he had time to look at ours. He came right over, identified the problem, had the part in the van fixed it on the spot and it's run smoothly ever since. Additionally he was very reasonably priced, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
John has been out twice now, once to fix my furnace and a second time to fix my AC unit. Both times he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of looking at the units. He had the equipment in his truck to do a quick repair and got both units on both visits up and running again. Best of all John takes the time to recommend best practices with your equipment and leaves you with knowledge to do your own basic maintenance even after he's gone. Highly recommend him!
We've been having Jon come out for going out on 5 or 6 years now, and will continue to do so until he retires! He is honest and hard-working and takes the time to explain what he's doing. 10 out of 10 every time.
Have had the pleasure of working with John for years. Great to work with. Have never had a problem with his services. True professional. Highly recommend.
