Costless Heating and Cooling came to the rescue at 1:30 in the morning! From the moment I called, Sal Sr. answered the phone and quickly dispatched Andre, the technician, who arrived within an hour. Andre diagnosed the problem and discovered that my system needed refrigerant and that a couple of parts had burned out. Thankfully, his service van was fully stocked with all the necessary parts and refrigerant. He completed the repairs and had my air conditioner back up and running within about 30 minutes. There was a $250 emergency late-night service fee, which was completely understandable and well worth it. At that time of night, Costless Heating and Cooling was the only company available. Every other company I called was closed until the next morning. They truly are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I am extremely happy with their fast, professional, and dependable service.
