A huge thank you to Cozy HVAC Services for bringing the cool air back into my home tonight! Two weeks ago, my old AC unit decided to completely give up on me, and today they came through in a big way. This wasn't a simple repair either--they literally brought in a crane, removed the old unit from my roof, and installed a brand-new, energy-efficient system. Sitting here tonight feeling that cool air again is something I definitely won't be taking for granted. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. Mark came out and did the original quote, and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He worked hard to get me some amazing discounts, and I never felt pressured or sold something I didn't need. That level of customer care immediately stood out to me. I was also impressed when Jason, the owner, personally called me. Taking the time to reach out directly and make sure everything was taken care of speaks volumes about the kind of company Cozy is. It's clear that customer satisfaction isn't just something they talk about--it's something they genuinely live by. The installation team, Gial and Robert, were absolutely amazing. As someone who loves to learn, I asked a million questions, and they were incredibly patient and happy to explain everything they were doing. They even let me climb up into the attic to see the ductwork they were inspecting so I could better understand the process. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and expertise made what could have been a stressful day into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Honestly, I think Kyle and Robert deserve raises! From Mark, to Jason, to Gial and Robert, every single person I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to doing the job right. This company is the real deal. I also want to thank my stepdad, Kevin, who has always been my real dad in every way that matters. None of this would have been possible without his love, support, and generosity. After a difficult few weeks, my heart is full tonight. I'm sitting here enjoying cool air, feeling incredibly blessed, grateful, and thankful beyond words. I had the opportunity to have a Cozy Tech out and he was amazing! My unit stopped working when it was it the mid 90’s last week. We have a small baby in the house. They’ve able to come out same day. The lady on the phone was very polite! The tech Ryan who came out got right to work and had our system cooling within the hour. The best part was he had the part on his Van. I was pleased with there service I signed up for the Cozy Membership. I would highly recommend!

Cozy Home Service did an amazing job in a flash! I filled out an online form and was contacted shortly after and an appointment was setup for the following day with Mark. He walked me through the different options for cooling the garage due to the solar and batteries. He gave me a no BS quote and I asked how soon they could start and he said the next morning. Done, I signed the quote. The install crew showed up the next morning (today) and the system was installed and tested by the afternoon. After the install they walked me through the setup and phone app. Could not of asked for a better experience and it was a very reasonable cost. Thanks
