Rafael, the service technician first of all was on time very pleasant. I have had my air conditioner serviced before, but never have experienced the professionalism that Rafael showed both and knowledge and thoroughness of the procedures. Given how sensitive my family is to having just the right temperatures... I really appreciate the staff and experience dealing with Eagle Air. They arrive when they say they will, they explain work and provide estimates before they do the work, and they have great software that updates you when the technician is en route, includes pictures of the items to be repaired/replaced, and readings from the various instruments and components of what we discussed. This is one of the places where the bi-annual subscription plan for maintenance and visits is actually welcome, they make it easy to schedule, they remind me to schedule a visit, and they check to make sure everything is working in tip top order.
