The technician, Deron, did two jobs for me. First, he did the annual tuneup on my air conditioner. Second, he recommended the installation of two surge protectors for my heat pump unit, which I was able to verify via online research was a wise investment. Deron did a good job of explaining what he was doing and answering any questions I had. I have used two other highly respected HVAC companies, but the level of expertise demonstrated by the Eagle Air technicians far surpasses anything I have seen in my past three decades as a homeowner. Great job, Eagle Air!

Given how sensitive my family is to having just the right temperatures... I really appreciate the staff and experience dealing with Eagle Air. They arrive when they say they will, they explain work and provide estimates before they do the work, and they have great software that updates you when the technician is en route, includes pictures of the items to be repaired/replaced, and readings from the various instruments and components of what we discussed. This is one of the places where the bi-annual subscription plan for maintenance and visits is actually welcome, they make it easy to schedule, they remind me to schedule a visit, and they check to make sure everything is working in tip top order.
The technician Alejandro Sanchez was very Professional, Polite and explained everything to me. I had an appointment 2 days before Alejandro came out and said I'd need to replace the compressor in my A/C unit for $4300. Glad I got a second opinion. Alejandro came out BING, BANG, BAM. It was fixed. There was no issues with the compressor. Control board in the unit just had to be reset. $198 I don't know if the other guy was just not experienced enough or if he saw an opportunity with me and wanted to take me for a ride. Any case. I would give 5 stars to Alejandro and Eagle Air for a job well done. THANK'S YOU GUY'S I would highly recommend Eagle Air for your A/C problems.
Oh my! Eagle Air sent out the best HVAC Technician that i have came across by the name of Shawn Frisbie. He immediately went to home Thermometer and realize that one of two prolems the eliminated one and replaced the capacitor and help me to understand the cause of my air suffering during the hot days of June 2026. After replacement of the capacitor my home A/C unit was back cooling my home.
