Excellent service and highly recommend East Bay Heating & Cooling!! We had issues with our heating system and East Bay fixed it right away. When we had issues with our AC we knew just who to call to do a great job. We called them a 3rd time to clean the sediment from our water heater. Very professional and pleasant to work with. 5-Star shout out to Said A, the owner of East Bay Heating and Cooling. A client of mine just bought a home and we couldn't get the Nest thermostat to work the heat pump properly. Nest advice board was no help as everything was hooked up as advised. One call to East Bay Heating and Cooling, great communication, one visit from Said and 20 minutes later all 5 thermostats are happy and functioning as they should. Said knew to "trick" the system to get these thermostats to work with this heat pump system. Awesome experience working with a seasoned pro. Thanks Said. Said did a great job checking out our furnace for the season startup. We have a more complicated 3 - zone system and everything checked out OK. Said explains well how the system should work and what the codes mean showing on the furnace motherboard. He has been our go-to guy for several years now in keeping our HVAC system working as it should.
As promised the team showed up exactly at 9:30 am. Being a witness at a similar installation done years ago I was highly impressed with the quality of the tools being used. The technicians were polite and they answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. The removal of the old system happened quickly, all the new components were positioned correctly then the prep work followed ensuring a flawless installation. I was not at all surprised to see the system working properly for the first time. What a difference it makes to have a team of techs doing such a professional job. Towards the end, they double check everything and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this team of professionals, it just feels good when treated good.
