Ramiro came out promptly and concluded that our furnace needed replacement. We decided to have it replaced with a heat pump unit and to replace old ductwork. Javier and crew did the install and worked very hard to complete the job over a week. Javier was excellent and he was very responsive to our needs. In the end Ramiro worked hard to resolve all our concerns. We are very happy with our new HVAC system.
