Eros at EHC Heating & Cooling was so supportive, professional and kind. I work for a large local church in a 100 year old building. Recently we have faced several setbacks with our furnaces and heaters, resulting in lack of heat this winter. This has been especially detrimental to the many senior citizens who meet in our space. I tried calling other HVAC companies for support, most of whom never even bothered to return my calls. When I reached out to EHC, Eros made a point of stopping by that very day and within 48 hours all three of our faulty furnaces were back up in working order! On top of that, two of the furnaces required a special replacement part which was difficult to find. He found a company in Fresno that had the parts but was unwilling to ship them. He drove all the way there and back from Oakland with the parts and literally saved the day for us. We have several elders using the rooms who will now have access to heat! We are so grateful to Eros and his team at EHC Heating and Cooling. We will definitely be contacting them again in the future!
David was amazing. He showed up on the promised time window. With a 10 minutes diagnostic he was able to pinpoint the issue. The circuit board went bad. My lucky he had one with him. Thanks to him the kids will sleep comfortably tonight. Very professional, highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m very happy with the service I received from EHC Heating and Cooling. My furnace stopped working on a very cold day, and the technician did an excellent job of replacing a circuit board that died. He even came to my home 8:00 o’clock in the evening and stayed late to finish the job. Everything works properly now. I highly recommend them!
Eros is awesome!! I can’t say it enough. I hired another big box company who came out for 5 minutes and wanted to charge me for a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Eros came, took time to diagnose the issue , find the leak, and come up with a solution that made sense. Within 48 hours my problem is fixed and I will be forever calling him!!!
