EJ plumbing was great! We called Monday late afternoon (for a non-urgent issue) and got an appointment with Luis the very next morning. After considering our options we decided to replace the toilet that we had issue with. We ordered a toilet from Lowe’s and had it delivered that same day. Luis came back on Wednesday and installed the new toilet for us. The whole installation took less than one hour and we are very happy with the result! Would definitely use EJ plumbing for future needs!
I had used Wizard Plumbing in the past but when I called to schedule work I was informed that the 2 companies had merged. EJ was great. Isaac J. Was on time, professional, knowledgeable, informative and straightforward in communication. I had 2 under sink valves replaced along with an old leaking hose fitting outside that needed to be soldered and fitted with a threaded end piece. Work was done well and quickly.
From the quote to delivery the experience was professional and competent. Raymundo and Conner did a thorough and clean job of replacing my water heater. They were courteous and professional.
I hired EJ Water Heaters to fix a leak based on their great online reputation, and Miguel Aguilar certainly lived up to the hype. He was professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated his kindness in checking with his supervisor to get me a larger discount that fit my budget. He did a fantastic job and even cleaned up the workspace afterward. I highly recommend Miguel for his expert work and exceptional customer service!
Jorge and another installer came to replace our toilet flange with some new piping and fittings at the direction of Jeremiah, the estimator. They didn't have the parts needed despite the good information from Jeremiah. Jorge stayed and took the old piping apart while the other man left to get the parts. There was about a half hour delay with no work done. The job was completed with no leaks. However they left a pile of debris including screws and a screwdriver bit on the floor next to the path of where our car is parked in the garage. Also, they enlarged the hole in the ceiling Sheetrock without any instructions on how to repair it for fire safety. The worst thing was that they left a heavy Sawzall on top of the open garage door, out of sight. When I started to close the door, the tool fell, almost hitting me. They were there for 2hours including the half hour of down time. The parts likely cost $200, the total bill was $2450. The installation is professional with hard working men. However the sloppiness, forgetfulness, and overpricing is unacceptable in the future.
