The first technicians that worked during the installation were detail oriented and they did make sure to protect and to leave the place clean and free of any debris. Unfortunately the second technicians weren’t not the same. They left a little mess and also their prints on my walls.

They took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the right Mitsubishi system for my home without any pressure. The installation itself was efficient and well-organized. The crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and completed both the heat pump install and duct replacement with great attention to detail. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. What really stood out was how seamless the whole process was—from the initial estimate all the way through permits and final inspection. Everything was handled properly, and I didn’t have to stress about any part of it. Overall, a very professional and reliable team. About three years ago Element Home Solutions removed by gas furnace that had aged out with a Mitsubishi heat pump, a partial duct replacement, and a whole house filter. It was the last device in my house that used gas, and now I am running an all electric home. The installation was great and I have been pleased with the result. They have come recently to help me with the controls configuration and confirmed everything is still in great working order. I highly recommend Element to another homeowner. While heat pumps aren't inexpensive, I think I got a great value out of the work they did.
We had a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system installed by Element Home Solutions and the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with both the process and the final result. Ernest, the salesperson we worked with, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly communicative, respectful, and generous with his time. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood every aspect of the project and felt confident in our decisions. We had a lot of follow-up questions along the way, and Ernest was always patient, thoughtful, and responsive. It made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The installation itself was flawless. Our garden is a very prominent and important part of our home, with lots of planted areas and pots, and the installation team navigated everything with extraordinary care and respect. We were genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and meticulous they were while working in such a delicate space. And the system itself has been amazing. We are so happy with how well it works—it's quiet, efficient, and keeps the house incredibly comfortable. On top of that, the installation passed the city inspection with no concerns at all, which really speaks to the quality of their work. All around, this was one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had. We’re thrilled with the Mitsubishi system and deeply appreciative of the professionalism and care from the entire Element Home Solutions team—especially Ernest. Highly, highly recommend!
The first HVAC company we had over to get a quote to replace our system was the one Costco works with. They tries selling us a ridiculously expensive duel fuel system and a bunch of other extras we didn't need. Cesar came over from Element and was the first and only of the 5 or so companies I had give a bid that was honest and directed me towards a all electric heat pump system. After doing a lot of research we came to the decision to go with Element. They replaced our whole system, new ducting, zoned the system, and removed the old insulation in the attic, sealed everything, and installed new insulation with our new HVAC System. I was very please with the professionalism, communication, and overall work performance of Element and the crew. Cesar was at the project the whole time which I very much appreciated. He isn't just the person who puts together bids, he was up in the attic helping the crew complete the job. That was a nice surprise and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and will most likely used them in the future to insulate our crawlspace.
