Very impressed with Elevated Comfort's service. I left a request on their website and was immediately contacted by them to setup an appointment to send a technician out. This is totally different from other companies I contacted who have still not reached out. Scott the tech who came out did a great job investigating our HVAC issues, explaining what he uncovered and providing next step options for us. Definitely recommended!
Elevated comfort has consistently elevated my comfort with every technician that has helped with our products! I only wish I had been aware of them for my original furnace purchase. They are an incredible company! From the minute the phone is answered to setting up appointments to every single technician to the end result they are by your side with joy! I cannot recommend them enough!
My dad is Elderly so I worry about his heater dying. Elevated comfort offered us an inspection and cleaning on my dad's unit which is almost 12 years old in an old trailer. The tech was so nice. He cleaned everything and took photos of all the work he did. On a previous visit from Elevated comfort they fixed an error code on the same heater and did an amazing job of explaining what the error code was and what we can expect from the heater in the near future. They have totally gained our trust and they are a saved contact in our phones. Whoever is running this place is clearly making sure that everyone that is trained from the operators to the service techs really cares about the safety and comfort of the people they service. After being stood up from Moore Home Service, I quickly called Elevated Comfort after hours and they explained their fees before committing to after hours service call, I agreed and had Zack texted me his ETA and arrived on time for my home furnace repair. Zack had a professional presentation, positive attitude and just by me explaining my issue he was able to quickly diagnose my problem with my furnace. Zack explained the issue very clearly and gave me options, which was a relief since other HVAC companies steer you to repairs that would most benefit the company, not you. Brandon did an excellent job, servicing the air conditioner system, and flushing the water heater. Very thorough in the process. Notified me of available options to upgrade each system. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!
