Our heat pump installation went very smoothly and the city inspector was complimentary of the quality work. We just received the $1000 rebate check from Sonoma Clean Power for the heat pump install. We're very happy with the job Excellence Heating did.
Excellence did an amazing job of servicing our Mitsubishi Mini-Split system. Anthony was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in terms I could understand. He had told me all of this when he installed the system but I had forgotten. I highly recommend them for any installation or service needs.
Anthony and Austin were great, from the initial visit to assess requirements, through the installation everything was done with care. Anthony clearly explained the work and timeline. Both he and Austin were prompt, courteous and cleaned up at end of each day. We are very happy with our new furnace! Highly recommend.
A big “shout” of good work to Excellence Heating and air.. The owner, Anthony, replaced a part on my A/C. He arrived on time, replaced the part quickly. I liked working with a smaller company. I will contact him for all my heating and A/C repairs.
I had an appointment scheduled for Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. By 11:41 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to check on the status. That’s when I was given an excuse that they were held up at another job due to a gas leak. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. A simple call or message to let me know they were running late or needed to reschedule would have made a big difference. Instead, I was left waiting during my only day off. I eventually received a text asking to reschedule. While I do need the repair, I will not be rescheduling with this company. for customers’ time and clear communication should be a basic standard for any service business.
