Fernado was absolutely AMAZING!! He was not only fast and efficient with the work that he did, but he got the job done with such a positive attitude. He was polite, courteous, cheerful, respectful, and very down-to-earth as well. I was really anxious about my issues with my bathroom sink, but Fernando literally erased all of my doubts and worries with his service and attention-to-detail attitude. If anyone has a plumbing crisis in the Bay Area, please call Flow Masters Plumbing and request for Fernando if he's available. But I'm sure that the other plumbers are just as great as he is. Flow Masters Plumbing is also very fast in answering the phone. They make sure that each caller feels calm and comfortable with each conversation. Once again, THANK YOU for your services!!!
I was very impressed with the urgency FlowMasters took with the project. They always showed up early and equipped and ready to work. We had Kevin, who is really good at the trade and neatly completeld the drain project.
Sebastian was a tremendous help in detecting a leak that was using 1,000 gallons of water a day. He solved it quickly and efficiently. We set up an appointment for next day repair. Great service overall!
I called Flow Masters today for a service in San Francisco. They were able to quickly fix a utensil caught by a garbage disposal and diagnose any remaining disposal issues. They were courteous over the phone, quickly scheduled a same day appointment and were efficient providing a high quality service. Highly recommend!
Miguel and Jose provided amazing services! Our old furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving; after trying a fix, they returned on Thanksgiving and spent the whole day installing a brand new furnace so our family could enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal. Can’t thank them enough for spending the holiday working for us! Highly recommend!
