Flow Masters Plumbing, Drain and Water Heater

Sebastian and Miguel were amazing. Sebastian gave us an upfront cost and is helping us work out a payment plan for the work done. We were without water for a few days because of a leaky pipe, and they came out quickly to assess and repair. Miguel put in copper pipes to fix the leaking and it looks amazing. Professional, efficient, and great communication. We would recommend Flow Masters to anyone in the area.

I was very impressed with the urgency FlowMasters took with the project. They always showed up early and equipped and ready to work. We had Kevin, who is really good at the trade and neatly completeld the drain project.

2nd time working with flow masters - specifically Alberto and Roberto on his team. First time on some routine maintenance on radiant heating system and water heater. This most recent fixing another radiant heating equipment issue and installing a leak detection system. Reliable and straightforward. They show up on time and are thorough. A bit on the expensive side but while I don’t love it, I’d rather do it right the first time and have folks with experience so we aren’t guessing.

Gustavo was great. He explained things very clearly to help me better understand how our heating/HW system operates. He also made an adjustment that will hopefully improve the HW responsiveness and he pointed out some things to keep an eye on to ensure proper operation. In addition, I came away pretty well convinced that regularly scheduled maintenance will help extend the life of a system like ours.

Miguel and Jose provided amazing services! Our old furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving; after trying a fix, they returned on Thanksgiving and spent the whole day installing a brand new furnace so our family could enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal. Can’t thank them enough for spending the holiday working for us! Highly recommend!
