Got an appointment next day. Alex, my repair man, was courteous, respectful of the house, honest, and he explained everything to me. At first he thought it wasn't actually broken and the noise was a result of the washer and dryer rubbing together. We later discovered the problem persisted. He came back out to further diagnose the problem, no extra charge. They ordered the part and came back to repair it 2 days later. Showed me the broken parts after he replaced them. Shared some pro tips on washing machines in general. Overall a very thorough, quick, and informative experience with friendly staff. Highly recommend.
My refrigerator stopped working, and Fuse HVAC and Appliance responded immediately and were able to fit me in the next day. Eugene was prompt, professional, and pleasant to work with. Yesterday, the hottest day of summer to date, our AC decided to stop blowing cool air all together. I did a quick search to find a highly rated HVAC company in my area, and found Fuse. I called and they were able to send a tech out the next day. Dan arrived early! Yay! And went right to work, in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part installed it and cool air is once again blowing in my house. They will for sure be my go to for all things HVAC and Appliance moving forward.
George was amazing! So happy to have a working oven & stove again. We bought this oven used a few years ago and it’s never really worked perfectly. He cleaned all the ignition points and the stovetop is working better than ever 😊
Alex diagnosed the problems with my 23 year old washing machine on the first visit, and I received an estimate very quickly. Alex and Max arrived on time on the second visit and repaired and replaced parts on the washer and made sure it was running properly before they left. I was asked to pay the exact amount of the estimate and was told the repair work was warranteed for six months. I have washed two loads since, and the washer is running well so far. I would use FUSE again.
