and I recently hired Galaxy to replace our aging gas furnace and AC with a new 4-ton Mitsubishi heat pump system, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. During the estimate phase, Constantine was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pushing generic upsells, he actually "downsold" us by engineering exactly what we needed to work seamlessly with our home's downflow ducting. He was honest, straightforward, and clearly explained the system without any high-pressure sales tactics. For the installation, Mike and Diego were our crew. They arrived a little past the initial 9am window on the first day, but they worked incredibly hard and got the entire complex job done right on schedule. At the start of Day 1, I handed them a simple "homeowner's QA" list of things I wanted to check with them at the end. They were super nice, listened, and gladly accommodated every single request. The workmanship is top-notch. They perfectly sealed the exterior wall where the lineset exits, helped me get the Kumo Cloud Wi-Fi connected to my phone, and hauled away all the old debris, leaving the site spotless. As a testament to their technical skill, when I asked about the refrigerant line vacuum test, they had pulled it down to 350 microns—which is a great number and proves they don't cut corners! When my 84 year old father needed a new heating and air conditioning system in the beginning of July during the heat wave, I searched online for the best company and Galaxy heating and air was our first choice. After reading the reviews on all platforms and Better Business Bureau. We called the Galaxy and made an appointment. They were very patient with my father answered all of our questions and even came out a second time to answer more questions before doing the installation. We got a top-of-the-line system Trane/Americian Standard since both my father and myself both have Trane systems and both have lasting over 20 plus years we decided the same would be best. The Installation team was top-notch In and out in one full day. They cleaned up so well you would’ve never known they were there. My father couldn’t be happier Because his house is immaculate. Again, These gentlemen were professional, and very Respectful of my father and his property. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work in getting my dad’s new system in so quickly. We got a heater through Galaxy and Jeff was a great point person who answered all my questions during the consultation process. In addition to our heater being super old, it was very loud when turning on and off. After install, the heater worked great but there were still noise issues from the existing plenums. Galaxy sent out Tim who was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, fixed our noise problem and was very friendly. No additional cost. I appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers. Great customer service!

Had a really good experience with Galaxy on a new heat pump plus gas furnace installation. Galaxy was the second second company I called after getting an estimate from a competitor. Unlike the first company, Eddie actually took the time to understand the set up and needs of my house to correctly size the system. Their sales tactics were not aggressive, and among the multiple system estimates they provided they actually recommended the cheaper option over the more expensive ones. Eddie even told me that my old system would last the summer, while the other company's tech told me my system was likely going to fail any day. I opted to go with Galaxy on a replacement now, and I ended up getting a better system for several thousand less than if I had gone with the competitor. Eddie and Huma were the installation techs. They were timely, happy to answer questions, kept me informed on the job status, and kept my property tidy as they did their work. Eddie presented me with multiple thermostat options and patiently explained the pros & cons of each so I could make an informed decision. Overall my impression is that this is an honest company with competent employees who care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. I'll be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Jesus came today to fix my mini split, and I’m very happy with the service. It was a very hard job, but he worked hard, stayed patient, and did a great job. This company gave me a very fair price, and it is hard to find a company these days with both a good attitude and reasonable pricing. Jesus is a very good worker, and I really appreciate his effort. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family, and I will call them again for any future air-conditioning problems.
