Very happy with Gene Burch Plumbing, Heating and Air! they are my go-to repair people for HVAC repairs in Novato. I refer clients to them as well. They just replaced the wall heater at a client’s home. They’re easy to get a hold of and are good at communication.
My elderly mom is housebound due to a medical condition, so when our furnace died last weekend, it was urgent that we get a replacement ASAP. Of the four places I called, Gene Burch had the quickest response, the most thorough evaluation, and, by far, the best price. Estimator Tae was knowledgable, courteous, and kind. He was able to get our unit installed unbelievably quickly, for which we are SO grateful. Martin came out to do the installation, and was so efficient and friendly. Maria in the office was helpful and responsive. GB turned around a really stressful situation for us, and we can't thank them enough. Ten stars!
Gene Burch was easy to work with. We were re-roofing and needed assistance with a project. Maria (in the office) and Martin (Technician) were very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend.
Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to address the issues, and recommend a set of options to fit my budget. The radiator system he fixed had a few issues and needs more work. Unfortunately there is no follow up. I signed up for the monthly membership for tune ups etc. and they never called. I planned on doing more work but they never called. I even called them and was disappointed again. I have had to go with a different company.
Martin Torres and Diego Morales did an exceptional job sealing our heating vents. We had many vents, and two required extensive work. Each technician took their time and didn't leave until everything was done perfectly. They were focused, professional, and truly committed to making sure we were completely satisfied.
