I contacted Gene Birch Plumbing Heating and Air recently to get an estimate for possibly installing some AC at my home. Sergio with their company had provided some heating repair service for me a few years ago and I remembered how efficient, knowledgeable and personable he was to work with so I decided to contact their company again to discuss AC options. Sergio was sent out and listened to my needs for cooling and offered recommendations and then an estimate by later in the day. I feel confident he tries to provide the best solution based on one's needs and budget. He is great to work, provides very good service and I recommend the company.
Very happy with Gene Burch Plumbing, Heating and Air! they are my go-to repair people for HVAC repairs in Novato. I refer clients to them as well. They just replaced the wall heater at a client’s home. They’re easy to get a hold of and are good at communication.
Sergio is the best! He helped me before a few years ago. My AC was not functioning and he was able to find the source of the problem. He for sure really knows what he is doing, and he is very professional. I highly recommend!!!
My elderly mom is housebound due to a medical condition, so when our furnace died last weekend, it was urgent that we get a replacement ASAP. Of the four places I called, Gene Burch had the quickest response, the most thorough evaluation, and, by far, the best price. Estimator Tae was knowledgable, courteous, and kind. He was able to get our unit installed unbelievably quickly, for which we are SO grateful. Martin came out to do the installation, and was so efficient and friendly. Maria in the office was helpful and responsive. GB turned around a really stressful situation for us, and we can't thank them enough. Ten stars!
Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to address the issues, and recommend a set of options to fit my budget. The radiator system he fixed had a few issues and needs more work. Unfortunately there is no follow up. I signed up for the monthly membership for tune ups etc. and they never called. I planned on doing more work but they never called. I even called them and was disappointed again. I have had to go with a different company.
